About the role
We move furniture, construction raw materials, and vehicles every single day across the Delhi-NCR & Panipat belt. As Logistics Manager, you will own the full movement chain - from supplier pickup, into our warehouse, and out to the customer's doorstep - while keeping costs, breakage, and delivery TATs in check.
What you'll do
- Plan daily dispatch schedules across furniture, raw material, and vehicle deliveries
- Manage in-house and third-party transporters; negotiate freight rates monthly
- Run the warehouse: stock-in, stock-out, GRN, putaway, and weekly cycle counts
- Track delivery TATs and reduce damages-in-transit with proper packing SOPs
- Coordinate with sales and documentation teams for delivery slotting and POD collection
- Maintain the loading bay, vehicle fleet, and ensure all permits / fitness are valid
What we need from you
- 3-6 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience managing a team of 5+ loaders, drivers, or pickers
- Working knowledge of e-way bills, GST invoicing, and basic transport documentation
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Tally, and basic spreadsheets
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence; 4-wheeler licence is a plus
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to furniture, building-material, or auto-dealer logistics
- Familiarity with NCR / Panipat / Sonipat road network and toll routes
