Data Analyst Intern

We are a 9-year-old GST-registered dealership house running property, vehicles, furniture, and raw materials under one roof. Most of our data still lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will help us build the first proper analytics layer - clean the data, design simple dashboards, and surface insights that the founders actually use to make decisions.

• Pull data from our CRM sheets, billing software, and WhatsApp business exports
• Clean and structure data using Excel / Google Sheets and lightweight Python or SQL
• Build weekly dashboards on listings, leads, conversions, and inventory turnover
• Track which sources (walk-in, referral, OLX, website) bring the highest-quality leads
• Document your queries and dashboards so the team can rerun them every Monday

• Currently in 3rd year or later of B.Tech or BCA program
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting)
• Familiarity with at least one of: SQL, Python (pandas), Power BI, or Looker Studio
• Comfortable working on-site in Samalkha 5 days a week
• Curious about retail, real-estate, and how a small business actually runs

• Past project or internship where you cleaned a real (messy) dataset
• Basic understanding of unit economics, margins, or inventory metrics

• How a multi-vertical dealership tracks money, inventory, and people
• Designing dashboards that non-technical founders actually use
• End-to-end pipeline: raw export -> cleaning -> dashboard -> weekly review
